Chef Tom Gescheidle: At Culinary Pathways, we offer an interactive dinner experience like no other. Led and hosted by Chef Tom Gescheidle, a graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America, guests will have the opportunity to partake in a truly unique experience. With over 30 years in the culinary world, Chef Tom has worked as an Executive Chef at various restaurants and country clubs and even ran his own restaurant for over a decade. His passion, attention to detail, and delicious creations will certainly leave guests in awe.
Meal Description: We offer a truly unique dining experience. Our 16-course meals provide a variety of flavors and textures, with each course made up of small bites. Our menu features smoked salmon, Cajun beef, Paraguay melted bruschetta, duck breast, seared tuna, black Angus ribeye, and roasted red pepper soup. Chef Tom pairs wine and beer to create a culinary adventure.
Guest Involvement: We provide a unique dining experience tailored to small groups of 8 to 12. We offer the opportunity for guests to immerse themselves in the dining experience. Our Chef Tom will be in the kitchen with one guest at a time, participating in the final preparation and plating of two courses. Guests will have the chance to assist in serving the courses and learn from Chef Tom's expertise. Culinary Pathways is the perfect way to bring a special touch to your next dinner party.
Host requirements: The host only needs to provide space within their home and any table decorations that they will enjoy. Leave the rest up to us - we prepare all the food, and we bring all the utensils, plates, and wine and beer glasses. When we leave, your kitchen is left spotless. So sit back and enjoy the meal with your guests; leave everything up to us!
